Noxal is the controller of the personal data collected through this site.

We only collect what you need to give us so we can talk to you:

• What you send through the contact form: name, email, message and, optionally, phone.
• The language you were browsing in, so we reply in the right one.
• If you arrived via a link tied to a type of work, we keep that note purely as an internal metric.
• Minimal technical data, such as your IP address, used to limit abuse and stop form spam.

We use your data only to reply to your message, follow up on the conversation and, where it makes sense, prepare a possible proposal.

The legal basis is your own request and our legitimate interest in replying to you. We never use your data for advertising and we never sell it.

We don't sell or rent your data. To run, the site relies on a few providers that process data on our behalf:

• The hosting service that serves the site.
• The email service that delivers form messages and the automatic reply.

These providers are bound by confidentiality duties and only process the data for the purposes described above.

We keep messages only for as long as they're needed to reply and follow up. After that, they're deleted on a regular basis. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

We favour providers that process data within the European Union. Where any processing happens outside the European Economic Area, we make sure adequate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

• Correct inaccurate or outdated data.

• Restrict or object to certain processing.

This site and our services aren't aimed at anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
